The Lamina FASLINE+ is a fully automatic high speed sheet-to-sheet laminating/mounting machine. The machine is equipped with a high capacity rear edge top feeder allowing loading of pallets directly in to the unit to shorten stops due to reloading.
Bottom sheets are fed in to the machine by using a servo controlled non-stop belt feeder. The feeder is equipped with a heavy duty vacuum system to assure reliable feeding of various substrates.
Set-ups are quick and easily done because of the compact construction and easy operation. Lamina FASLINE+ is performing a high quality registration accuracy combined with an high output and non-stop production.
A Lamina Model FASLINE+ full sheet laminator – For sheet-to-sheet laminating of paper and cardboard-to-cardboard, solid and corrugated. The machine features a modular construction which combines a rigid framework with modern anodized aluminium profiles resulting in a heavy-duty, yet attractive unit that will give many years of dependable service. Set up and changeover are accomplished quickly and easily from the operator side without the use of tools. A combination of mechanical and photocell controls results in consistent registration accuracy of less than +/- 0,5 mm when proper materials and conditions exist.

For automatic feeding of the bottom sheet. The sheets are fed by continuous running belts. The stack is filled from the top. The feeder is designed to handle materials with a thickness from 0,6 mm up to 10 mm.
For automatic feeding of top sheets. Suction cups pick up the top sheet from tha stack and transport it to the top sheet conveyor. The feeder is designed to handle materials 180-350 gm/m2.
The gluing units for accurate application of cold PVA glue to the upper surface of the substrates are equipped with automatic glue dispenser directly connected to the glue container. The glue is automatically kept under control by a sensor. During machine standstill the rotation speed of the rollers is reduced to a low idling speed. the precision gluing unit can be made fully accessible for easy cleaning by vertically swinging the top and bottom sheet conveyors up and out of the way.
In the automatic laminating station, the top and bottom sheets are automatically controlled by the registration system. The sheets are registered automatically at the edge as well as at the operator side. Photocells prevent the lamination process unless both sheets are properly positioned.
This unit consists of an adjustable press roller system ensuring perfect lamination.
For the stacking of finished products. the table can be turned and pulled out acc to requirements.
The Lamina PLC control system includes: Touch screen monitor, continuous display of operating status, display of set up procedures for machine functions, touch screen activation of controlled machine functions and complete diagnostic screen with visual alarm.
