AUTOMATIC MACHINE TO APPLY A PULL DRAWER RIBBON ONTO WRAPPED RIGID BOXES.
Automatic machine to apply a pull drawer ribbon onto wrapped rigid boxes.
— Rigid boxes are placed by the operator on the conveyor tape to be automatically aligned and moved to the first unit.
— In the first unit each box is punched to make possible to create a space where the ribbon will be inserted.
— The ribbon is fed directly from reel and cut by hot-system, inserted in the box and manipulated to get a round loop then glued by hot-melt and closed.
— The finished product is ejected to be easily picked up by the operator.
