Thanks to its patented system of layer de-palletizing, Venus could de-palletize sewn book blocks and gauzed products, as well as perfect bounded or hard cover products. The main advantage produced by Venus is the fully automatic unloading process, that allows to take off the operators’ workload in this phase, with a big increase of the speed and the continuity in the insertion of the products. The machine is built to work with Europallet (120×80 cm) and with suitable slip sheets that have to be 120×90 cm, rather made of plastic material of thickness 1 mm. Depending on the available space and the production needs, the machine could have different configurations. Venus is equipped with a panel touch screen for loading product datas and also has a modem connection and a Ethernet card for remote assistance.
