Main structure and adjustment
1. The thin-knife slitting machine is driven by an inverter speed-regulating motor, and
adopts a first-level V-belt and chain drive to transmit the power to the crimping wheel, the
paper-separating thin-knife and the paper guide roller. The crimping wheel can be moved
by hand along the axial direction. After the position of the crimping line is determined, the
tightening screw of the crimping wheel can be fastened. The lower pressing wheel
sometimes needs to be coiled firmly, and the axial adjustment can be carried out only
when the tightening screw is exposed.
2. The paper-separating thin knife group is fixed at the front end of the small knife rest.
The rear end of the small knife rest and the large knife rest are set together on the
hexagonal shaft through the large synchronous belt. The large and small knife rests are
fastened by bolts to form an integral knife rest. The synchronous belt drive drives the thin
knife to rotate. The large knife holder is suspended on the rack shaft, and the gear
adjustment wrench is inserted into the adjustment hole of the large bracket pressing
sleeve, and the entire knife group can be moved left and right. After the position is
determined, tighten the fastening bolts.
3. A pair of sharpening grinding wheels are arranged on the oblique upper part of the
paper-separating thin knife, which is driven by the cylinder to move up and down. When
the grinding wheel descends and contacts the rotating thin knife, the knife is sharpened.
This machine has two functions of manual sharpening and automatic sharpening to keep
the edge of thin knife sharp.
4. When loosening the fastening bolts of the large and small brackets, the thin knife can be
lifted or dropped. When working, the edge of the thin knife should be controlled by 1.5-2
mm into the lower blade, and it is easy to produce burrs if it penetrates too deeply. If a
group of thin knives do not need to participate in the work, this group of thin knives can be
lifted.
5. There are 4 air throttle valves installed on the upper beam of the machine, which
respectively control the air supply of the cylinders of the 4 sets of grinding wheels. Closing
a certain air throttle valve can stop the cylinder from working. Normally open all 4 air
throttle valves. Only when a certain cutter group is lifted and does not work, the
corresponding air throttle valve can be closed.
6. When automatic sharpening is required, turn the rotary knob to the automatic position.
At this time, the sharpening time and stop grinding time can be set, and the grinding wheel
can automatically sharpen or stop according to the set time; when manual sharpening is
required, turn the Rotate the knob to the manual position, press the jog sharpening button
and the grinding wheel goes down to sharpen the knife, and the hand leaves the button
and the grinding wheel returns.
7. The adjustment of the grinding wheel should be carried out in the shutdown state.
Loosen the two bolts on the cylinder that are fastened to the grinding wheel frame, and
move the cylinder so that there is a 1.5 mm gap between the lower edge of the two
grinding wheels and the edge of the thin knife. cylinder. Put the M8 Allen wrench (6 mm in
the hexagon) flat between the cylinder and the grinding wheel seat, then, touch the flat
surfaces of the two grinding wheels to the edge of the thin knife, tighten the grinding wheel
set, remove the M8 Hexagon wrench, the grinding wheel Even if the position is adjusted.
The air supply pressure of the cylinder should be adjusted within the range of 0.3-0.4Mpa.
8. The gap between the upper and lower pressure rollers and the upper and lower paper
guide rollers is adjusted by eccentric gears. Loosen the tightening screws of the toptightening adjustment shaft on the side of the wall panel, and use a wrench to turn the six
directions of the adjustment shaft to adjust After adjusting the gap between the upper and
lower pressure rollers (or the upper and lower paper guide rollers), tighten the fastening
screws.
